Because I don’t have enough unread books on my shelves, I figured I would add to the stack:
I keep hearing about this book in one place or another and because I got wrapped up in a couple of Mann’s other works, Death in Venice and Doctor Faustus, I decided I’d pick it up. I will read it. Someday.
