Hi! I’m Kim (she/her). I read. A lot. I always have and always will. Reading lets me travel around the world, through time, and to imaginary places. Fantasy and historical fiction are my favorite genres, though I read plenty of books about history- particularly the middle ages in northern Europe.
My favorites include The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, The Goblin Emperor by Katherine Addison, Wolf Hall by Hilary Mantel, and Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman.

Okay, I’m on the struggle bus. I followed your blog ages ago, but haven’t received an email update in a long time. I saw your comment on my Valdemar post and followed your profile back to your blog and saw recent posts. It says on your site that I’m following you, but I can’t find you in my WordPress reader. If you get a bunch of notifications about me following/unfollowing you, I’m trying to figure this out…. I don’t want to miss your Valdemar posts.
Weird! As far as I know, emails are going out just fine. I know Jackie’s posts sometimes don’t show up in my reader, so I’ll just got an check her blog directly. The WordPress reader is so weird sometimes.
Okay, according to my email, I’ve been subscribed about three times. I’ll check back every so often to make sure things are getting through! I’m exciting about reading with you this year.
